NO MOTORHOMES WILL BE ALLOWED IN ANY AMERICAN ROYAL COMPLEX PARKING LOT BEFORE 8:00 AM ON TUESDAY, March 3, 2026.

Motorhome Parking – 2026

There is a one-time flat motorhome parking fee of $50 for the entire cluster no matter the arrival date. If reserved online, a small processing fee will apply. Upon receipt of your reservation, a sign will be emailed for you to print and display in your window. Please be sure to include an email address below as the sign is your confirmation.

Per City of Kansas City regulations, no motorhomes are allowed in any American Royal Complex parking lot until 8 a.m. on Tuesday, March 3 and set-up inside will be open to exhibitors at 4 p.m. on Tuesday. No exhibitors will be allowed inside the building before 4 p.m.
