RESERVED GROOMING
Reserved Grooming spaces will be on a first-come, first-served basis and orders will only be accepted online at heartofamericakc.org/shop. No fax, email, walk-in or telephone reservations will be accepted. No spaces will be held without payment and refunds will not be given for unused spaces.
Individuals wishing to be placed together must submit their online application together.
1st Floor and 2nd Floor Specialty spaces are 14′ x 7′ for $31.59 each. 2nd Floor Performance crating spaces are 7′ x 7′ for $16.05 (no electric).
There will be designated Reserved Grooming areas for some breed clubs holding Concurrent and Designated Specialties with the Heart of America Cluster. Please check individual breed clubs’ Premium Lists for details.
RESERVED ELECTRIC — PLEASE READ BELOW!
We continue to have a reduced electric fee of $65.00 per outlet for 2026, however there are a limited number of plugs available.
FEE FOR ELECTRIC JS SEPARATE FROM THE RESERVED GROOMING SPACE FEE.
The Heart of America Kennel Club, Inc. and the Leavenworth Kennel
Club, Inc. reserves the right to assign grooming spaces as needed to meet local regulations and will refuse space to anyone who does not comply with requests of Club members and their representatives.
NOTE: All reservations for grooming, electric and motorhome parking must be made through the HOA website.

There will be designated Reserved Grooming areas for some breed clubs holding Specialties with this cluster. Check your breed club’s premium list for details. Please chose the option for 2nd Floor Specialty Grooming/Crating for those breeds that have specialty shows being held on the 2nd floor.

ELECTRIC RESERVATIONS are to be made separately. We continue to have a reduced electric fee of $67 to any Reserved or Free Grooming customer, however there are a limited number of plugs available.
